At CM Simple Janitorial, excellence is the foundation of every service we provide. What started as a residential cleaning company in 2014 grew into a full-service commercial janitorial operation by 2017 — driven by a commitment to professionalism, safety, and community impact.

Meet the Leadership
Alesha Hawkins, founder and Managing Director of CM Simple Janitorial Services, leads with a passion for cleanliness, safety, and community impact. Drawing on her background in law enforcement, security, and management, she transformed a personal calling into a thriving business. Since launching her residential cleaning company in 2014 and expanding into commercial services in 2017, Alesha has built a strong reputation for operational excellence. She oversees contracts, cost-effective systems, and employee development to ensure client satisfaction. A proud graduate of California State University, Long Beach and University of Southern California, she embodies integrity and people-centered leadership. Outside of work, Alesha enjoys snowboarding, roller skating, traveling, and spending time with family. She is also a dedicated foster parent and active member of Heads Up Foundation, reflecting her commitment to service and community.

Dori Mullins, a Long Beach, CA native, guides the strategic vision and operations of CM Simple Janitorial Services with a proven track record spanning over 20 years. Her focus is clear: maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction while positioning CM Simple for responsible, national growth. Dori translates her deep business knowledge into reliable, efficient service delivery. She manages critical functions, including complex contract negotiation and rigorous safety compliance, ensuring every project reflects the company's core values. In her spare time, Dori enjoys roller skating and spending time with family and friends. She is committed to a leadership style that is people-centered and integrity-driven. Her personal commitment to service is also evident in her volunteer work as a dedicated board member of the Heads Up Foundation.
